Denis Kolkin, CPA, CA, MTax

Denis is a Senior Tax Manager at Pettinelli Mastroluisi LLP, joining the firm in fall 2024. He has worked with both a National firm for nearly three years and provides an additional decade of experience at a smaller firm, involved in corporate tax planning, trusts and estates, corporation reorganizations, estate planning and tax mitigation strategies for clients, primarily in the owner-managed business space. Denis also has extensive experience with a variety of professional corporations.

Denis graduated from McMaster University with a Honours Bachelor of Commerce in 2010. He later received his Master of Taxation degree from the University of Waterloo in 2012. In 2014, Denis obtained his Chartered Accountant designation after successfully writing the Uniform Final Exam in 2013. Outside of work, Denis enjoys travel, volleyball and food adventures with his family.
