Michael offers his clients expertise in Canadian tax minimization and deferral planning for corporate reorganizations, estate and succession planning.  He also advises charities and non-profit organizations on various tax planning matters.

Prior to joining Pettinelli Mastroluisi LLP in 2012, Michael was the tax partner in charge of the tax practice for a large independent accounting firm in the Greater Hamilton and Burlington area for twenty-three years.
